Welcome to the fifth edition of my newsletter! If you have teenagers at home, you know that they aren’t interested in *anything*. I wrestled my daughter’s hands into subscribing to my newsletter (👋 Hi honey!), and now I wonder if she’ll ever read it.

📠 To her generation, email is the same as telefax was to mine. A relic of yore. As they enter the workforce over the next decade, we’ll have to figure out how to adjust business communication for this next generation.
